  • 30-Day Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused or like-new, and in original packaging.
  • 365 Guarantee: Defective general merchandise is refundable or replaceable up to 1 year.
  • 100% Order Accuracy: If we make a mistake on your order, we cover shipping to correct it (orders must be placed through ascaso-usa.com).
  • Commercial Equipment: Must be returned in new, unused condition. Minimum 10% restocking fee + $350 freight fee may apply. Used, modified, or damaged equipment cannot be returned.
  • RMA Required: A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained before sending returns.
  • Refund Processing: Allow 2–3 weeks for returns to be processed; refunds take up to 10 additional business days to appear.
  • Report Damage Quickly: Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • Refurbished, Open-Box equipment sold AS-IS, no exchanges.

Restocking Fees

General Merchandise

  • Must be in “like new” condition, clean, dry, complete, and in original packaging.
  • 2.5% minimum for new unopened items.
  • 10% restocking fee for used/open items, missing packaging, dirty or wet items, or items used as intended for a short period.
  • 25% restocking fee for cosmetic damage requiring repair (scratches, dents, chips).
  • Items returned beyond acceptable condition may be refused and returned at customer expense.

Commercial Equipment

  • Must be new, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.
  • 10% minimum restocking fee + $350 freight return charge applies.
  • 10% fee: closed-box condition (no power, no water).
  • 25% fee: open-box condition.
  • Used, damaged, modified, or customized equipment cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

  1. Call Customer Support for RMA number: (800) 459-5594.
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with RMA clearly visible.
  3. Use our $6 UPS flat-rate return label for packages under 30 lbs (U.S. only).
  4. If using your own shipping, customer is responsible for tracking and insurance.
