DOMESTIC MACHINE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Espresso Parts LLC dba/Ascaso-USA (“Ascaso-USA”) Domestic Machine Warranty Coverage, Terms and Conditions. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure that your Domestic Machine remains covered during the warranty period. If you have more specific questions please feel free to contact our team directly. The acceptance by you from Ascaso-USA of any goods and/or services shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. Ascaso-USA reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions herein without notice
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please retain a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase, in order for the warranty guarantee to be valid.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Please retain original packaging for the duration of the warranty period to ensure the safest shipping, if needed in the case of a warranty issue.
DEFINITIONS
“Domestic” means equipment intended for home use only, no commercial applications applicable.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
12-Month Warranty, we guarantee all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months of domestic use from the date of purchase. (purchased from 2020).
5- Year Warranty, we guarantee all thermoblock boilers and groups against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 5-years of domestic use from the purchase date. (purchased from 2020).
During this guarantee period Ascaso-USA will repair or replace any defective product, at the discretion of Ascaso-USA.
Ascaso USA will cover all shipping costs, parts and labor for warranty related issues, for the duration of coverage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, Ascaso-USA reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions herein without notice. This guarantee excludes defects caused by the following issues;
Product not being used in accordance with instructions or designed purpose.
Accidental damage, misuse, alterations or tampering by unauthorized persons.
Repairs or dismantling by unauthorized personnel.
Use of non-Ascaso components.
Removal or altering of serial numbers.
Commercial use.
Lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.
Parts that are subject to normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. This includes items like gaskets, portafilter baskets, and screens.
Problems related to water damage, poor water quality, and scaling are not covered under warranty.
Cosmetic issues (scratches, surface marring) caused by use are not covered under warranty.
Warranty is non-transferable.
If an issue is determined to be Operator Error, shipping fees will be applied.
WARRANTY SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Register your warranty issue with our Warranty Submission Form at Ascaso-USA.com. You will be contacted by a representative to troubleshoot and evaluate the proper next steps to resolve your issue.
Do not send equipment to Ascaso USA without first contacting a representative and receiving authorization. Equipment sent without authorization is subject to delivery refusal. Package your merchandise in the original packaging to ensure warranty coverage. Ship your merchandise with RMA number, Attn: Returns Department, Ascaso-USA, 4315 Lacey Blvd SE Lacey, WA 98503. Upon receipt of your merchandise we will evaluate your claim and respond with a diagnosis within 7-10 business days. Defects not covered under the warranty period are subject to technician service fees and replacement part costs. Technician services fees starting at $65 minimum for the first half hour and then billed at $32.50 per every additional 15 minutes of technician service time.
