RESTOCKING FEES
General Merchandise
- Must be in “like new” condition, clean, dry, complete, and in original packaging.
- Minimum 2.5% for new, unopened items.
- 10% restocking fee for used/open items, missing packaging, dirty or wet items, or items used as intended for a short period.
- 25% restocking fee for cosmetic damage requiring repair (scratches, dents, chips).
- Items returned beyond acceptable condition may be refused and returned at customer's expense.
Commercial Equipment
- Must be new, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.
