📦 Order Fulfillment
Orders ship Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm PST. No weekend shipping.
UPS Expedited orders typically ship in 2–3 business days.
All other orders may take 3–5 business days.
Some items ship from different warehouses and may arrive separately.
We are unable to make changes once your order is in process. You’ll receive a separate email once it ships.
Backordered items will ship automatically when in stock. You won’t be charged extra shipping for those.

Qualifying orders over $15 receive free standard shipping in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii for qualifying merchandise (excludes Puerto Rico).

📸 Damaged or Missing Merchandise
Report within 3 days of delivery. Before signing, inspect your shipment for damage. If damaged, take photos of the outside and inside of the box.

- Freight Tracking Number
- Photos & description of damage

Insurance Notice: UPS covers $100 per shipment. USPS covers $50 per shipment. Request additional insurance at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for filing insurance claims.

UPS Worldwide (ships in 2–3 business days):
- Expedited: Delivers in 1–3 business days
- Express: 2–5 business days
- Saver: 1–3 business days (end of day)

USPS First Class International: Most affordable option for small packages under 4 lbs and $400. Delivery time varies. Not guaranteed. Tracking included.
Important: You are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes. We will not adjust customs values. USPS international is not reliable—select at your own risk.

Large orders (over 70 lbs, over 72” long, or palletized) may require freight shipping.
