Trying to replace a gasket for the head. Second attempt as I must have checked wrongly before getting way frustrated and finally asking from your techs. Was told I had the wrong size. They're very helpful, so I learned to ask first and remembered to send a photo of the S/N. I wish there was an easier way to know if I purchased the correct one. Also the second one is hard to install but I sense hope. Looking for how-to videos on your site to show me proper installation instructions, but not finding. Would be nice to have a video with the item in the shopping section. Got the food grade grease finally, too bad that's necessary, as with other machines seen on youtube it appears to be an easier fit. Now to see if it'll wedge in.
I ordered several replacement parts for my 10+ years old Ascaso Dream. It took me awhile to ensure that the parts fit my old Ascaso Dream. There is no picture of where the replacement parts fit into what on the expresso machine. It would be very helpful to have part and picture of where they fits into. Beside that, the parts fit perfectly and my expresso machine works like brand new! Thank you for the fast shipping.
