Biocaf Cleaning Powder Instructions

  • Backflush: Add 1/2 tsp (3 g) to a blind filter, run 10-second brew cycles 5x, rinse, then repeat without cleaner. Finish by brewing and discarding one espresso per group.
  • Soak: Dissolve 1 tsp (6 g) per liter of hot water and soak components for 15–30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before use.
